With the application, participants confirm and agree with Cenibra GmbH that

• they are junior scientists in the spirit of this description, either PostDoc or Junior Professor in an academic or public research institution in Germany, Austria, Switzerland or the Netherlands, and they do not have access to the necessary imaging technology for these assays within their institution.
• a maximum of 2 assay projects per participant can be submitted.
• only applications before the deadline of October 31st can be considered.
• depending on the assays submitted in the applications, the jury will decide on the best suitable technology from Cenibra´s looking at cells portfolio. In the course of the evaluation process the jury may come back to the applicants for clarifying questions.
• Winners and participants will be notified about the jury's decision no later than January 15th 2023.
• in case participants are elected for any of the prizes, they can provide access to an adequately equipped lab for the assay work, and their management and/or institution have agreed to conduct such a project together with Cenibra GmbH.
• all biology/chemistry components for the proposed assays are readily available to conduct the planned experiments within 2023 Q1.
• the prizes include the transportation, installation and introduction of the instrument in the lab, support on image acquisition and data evaluation will be given on site and/or remotely for the indicated period, respectively. Destall and removal of the instrument after the prize period is included.
• Cenibra GmbH has the instruments insured against any damage resulting of their use in a participant´s lab.
• no rights on any intellectual property on the participant´s biology used shall be claimed by Cenibra GmbH.
• the right to use cell images and snapshots of data and results will be granted to Cenibra GmbH for marketing purposes, provided that does not interfere with the publication or patenting plans of the participants and will be agreed in individual cases.
• should the work in this project result in a publication, Cenibra GmbH would be pleased to be mentioned in the acknowledgements.
• Legal recourse is excluded, the jury´s decision cannot be disputed.
